Fulton County To Host Wolf Creek Amphitheater Grand Opening on June 4
Fulton County residents are invited to join us on the lawn at the new Wolf Creek Amphitheater on Saturday, June 4, 2011 for the kick-off of the Wolf Creek Inaugural Music Festival.

The festival will open the venue with a FREE CONCERT featuring recording artist, poet, and songwriter India Arie, whose music has inspired and motivated people worldwide.
The concert will also feature other noted artists including vocalist and actor TC Carson, of “Living Single”; jazz vocalist Jean Carne, known for her singles “If You Don’t Know Me By Now,” and “Don’t Let It Go To Your Head”; as well as songstress and musician Chanda McKnight, an acclaimed keyboardist performing as a member of the house band on the Keenen Ivory Wayans Show, the Caroline Rhea Show and the Chanda Bailey Trio.
Tickets are required for the free concert, which is open to Fulton County residents ONLY. Doors will open to the public at 5:00 p.m. and the concert will kick off at 6:30 p.m.
Starting Thursday, May 26, Fulton County residents can obtain tickets at the Southwest Arts Center, located at 915 New Hope Road, Atlanta, GA 30331, and at the Sandy Springs Library Branch, located at 95 Mount Vernon Hwy NE ,Sandy Springs, GA 30328.
Residents must be 18 years and older and show a valid driver’s license or Georgia ID to receive tickets. There is a limit of two tickets per person with valid ID. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.
- Tickets will be available at the Southwest Arts Center Mondays-Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Tickets will be available at the Sandy Springs Library Branch on Thursday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., from Tuesday to Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Tickets will not be available for pickup on Monday, May 30, 2011 as both facilities will be closed for the Memorial Day holiday.

- Coolers of 48 quarts or smaller are permitted
- Cloth bags, soft pack 12”x17”x12” and smaller are allowed
- Food and beverages are permitted
- Binoculars are permitted
- Seat cushions/soft side seat backs/stadium seats under 18” – no legs permitted
- Blankets are permitted
- Alcoholic beverages are permitted
- All coolers, bags and picnic baskets are subject to search
- All children two years and over must have a ticket

- Illegal Drugs
- Laser Pointers
- Coolers larger than 48 quarts
- Recording devices
- Fireworks, firearms, weapons or items construed as a weapon (e.g. guns, knives, sticks, fireworks)
- Bullhorns or noisemakers
- Framed backpacks
- Confetti
